Stone being the ultimate statement of both beauty and class, through her interactions with fellow members of her prestigious Toronto-area racquet club, Ms. Spina ascertained that significant investments were being made in both residential and commercial stone assets, and that there existed unfulfilled demand for products designed for the maintenance of their pristine appearance.
Enter Finalit Austria, and subsequently the formation of Finalit StoneCare Canada. It has been a highly collaborative relationship for over twenty years.
Since 1999, FSC has served as Finalit’s exclusive Canadian representative and project consultant. As FSC’s principle, Lise has expanded its initial presence in Canada into a significant footprint covering the entire GTA and Golden Horseshoe.
Cooperative relationships have been forged with property owners and managers, RFP specifiers (e.g. architects), high-end stone vendors and installers, and stone maintenance service providers. Lise is also frequently engaged as a consultant to assess stubborn corrosion, staining, and protection challenges, and to propose solutions. Whether single or multiple Finalt products are deployed, she either trains existing on-site teams in Finalit application methodologies, or will provide applicators within the scope of her project engagement.
Almost all new project referrals and prospective distributor inquiries now arise from word-of-mouth, thanks to FSC's reputation as the last word in end-to-end problem solving.
