Lise Spina founded FSC in 1999. Since then, she has formed relationships with property owners and managers, RFP specifiers (e.g. architects), high-end stone vendors and installers, and stone maintenance service providers. She is frequently engaged as a consultant to assess stubborn corrosion, stain and protection problems, and to propose solutions. Whether single or multiple Finalt products are part of the solution, she either trains existing on-site teams in Finalit application methodologies, or will provide applicators within the scope of her project engagement.
A lifelong Toronto resident and accomplished racket sports athlete, Lise’s entrepreneurial pursuits have included art curating and sales, having represented well-known artists such as Bermuda’s Birdsey and Japanese-Canadian San Murata.
Stone being the ultimate statement of both beauty and class, through her friendships with fellow members of her racquet club she could not help but notice the significant investments being made in both residential and commercial stone assets, and therefore the need to maintain their pristine appearance.
Lise received her Arts and Education degrees from UWO. She also took law courses at the University of Lausanne. She is bilingual.
Enter Finalit Austria, and subsequently, FSC’s formation. It has been a highly collaborative relationship for over twenty years.
